Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for registering for the AHLI Conference on Health, Inference, and Learning (CHIL). Below are our policies regarding registration, cancellations, and refunds. We aim to provide a seamless experience for all attendees and appreciate your understanding of these terms.
Registration Confirmation & Ticket Delivery
Once your registration is complete and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. This email serves as your digital ticket. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@ahli.cc.
All conference communications including program updates, venue details, and session links will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances, such as:
- Visa denial (documentation required)
- Travel restrictions imposed by governments
- Medical emergencies or other force majeure events
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, please email us at support@ahli.cc with supporting documentation. Requests must be submitted no later than 5 days before the event start date. All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
Changes & Cancellations by Organizer
In the event the conference is postponed, cancelled, or transitioned to a virtual format due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified promptly. Any changes to the format or schedule will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
We reserve the right to modify the program schedule, speakers, or session availability at any time without prior notice.
