At AHLI, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and responsible stewardship of community data. This policy outlines how data associated with submissions, reviews, and event registration may be used to support the operational needs of AHLI-organized conferences, workshops, and events. By participating as an author, reviewer, attendee, or organizer, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.
Scope
This policy applies to all data generated from submissions, reviews, and registration collected through AHLI-organized conferences, symposia, workshops, and related events.
Policy
AHLI may use data from all submissions, reviews, and registration to conduct internal analyses that support conference operations. This includes, but is not limited to, analyses that support program planning, enhance diversity and inclusion, and optimize review processes. The data used may include both the content and metadata of submissions, reviews, as well as information linked to user accounts (such as author and reviewer identities and affiliations).
Privacy
Safeguarding the privacy of all participants is a top priority for AHLI. Data that may be linked to individual users for the purpose of aggregate analysis and internal quality assurance will not be disclosed publicly or used for any purpose beyond AHLI’s internal operations, including evaluation, without explicit consent.
