About Us / Our Story

This is our story of building community.

We began as a small workshop at NeurIPS and an unconference-style meeting on machine learning for health (ML4H). Inspired to do more, the organizers joined forces to form a shared governing board — pooling resources to establish a nonprofit dedicated to building a stronger, more connected Health AI community with measurable impact.
